Welcome to Zoomies Co. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and the purchase of products through our online store. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms in full. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

2. Acceptance of Terms
By visiting our website, browsing our products, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms please do not use our website or place an order. These terms apply to all users of the site including browsers, customers, and anyone who submits content.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to place an order on our website. If you are under 18 you may only make a purchase with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement.
4. Products & Descriptions
We take care to ensure all product descriptions, images, and specifications are as accurate as possible. However we do not guarantee that descriptions are entirely error free. Colours and appearances of products may vary slightly from what is shown on screen due to differences in monitors and display settings. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to update product information at any time without prior notice.
5. Pricing & Currency
All prices displayed on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Australian customers will have GST included in their pricing where applicable. International customers are responsible for any applicable taxes, import duties, or customs fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are outside of our control and are entirely the customer's responsibility. Currency conversion rates are determined by your bank or payment provider and Zoomies Co has no control over exchange rates applied at checkout.
6. Orders
When you place an order with Zoomies Co you are making an offer to purchase. Your order is confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock unavailability. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed you will receive a full refund within 5-7 business days.
7. Payment
We accept most major credit and debit cards as well as PayPal and any other payment methods available at checkout. All transactions are processed securely through our payment provider. Zoomies Co does not store your full card details on our servers.
Payment terms vary depending on your chosen method:
- Credit & Debit Cards: Full payment is required at the time of purchase before your order is dispatched.
- PayPal: Full payment is processed immediately at checkout and your order will be dispatched once confirmed.
- PayPal Pay in 4: Your order will be dispatched once the first instalment has been successfully processed. You do not need to complete all instalments before receiving your order. Remaining instalments will continue to be charged according to PayPal's schedule regardless of order status.
- Any other instalment or buy now pay later service: Your order will be dispatched once the initial payment or first instalment has been approved and confirmed.
8. Shipping & Delivery
Zoomies Co ships worldwide. Shipping costs and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout and vary depending on your location and selected shipping method. Domestic Australian orders typically arrive within 3-7 business days. International orders typically arrive within 7-21 business days depending on destination and customs processing times. All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Zoomies Co is not responsible for delays caused by third party couriers, customs processing, weather events, public holidays, or any circumstances beyond our reasonable control. Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe please contact us at zoomiescoau@gmail.com and we will investigate on your behalf.
9. Customs & Import Duties
International customers are solely responsible for any customs fees, import taxes, or duties charged by their country. These charges are not included in our product prices or shipping costs and are entirely outside of our control. We are unable to predict what these charges may be as they vary by country and product type. If a package is refused or returned due to unpaid customs fees, return shipping costs will be deducted from any refund issued.
10. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or if you have received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at zoomiescoau@gmail.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue. We will assess the situation and offer a replacement, store credit, or full refund at our discretion. We take product quality seriously and will always work to make it right for you.
11. Returns & Refunds
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We accept change of mind returns within 14 days of delivery provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect. To initiate a return contact us at zoomiescoau@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been used, damaged by the customer, or returned outside the specified timeframe. Please note that due to the nature of international shipping, international customers wishing to return items should contact us first to discuss the best resolution as return shipping costs from overseas can be significant.
12. Pet Safety
The safety of your pet is our top priority. All products sold by Zoomies Co are intended for use under responsible adult supervision. Please always read product labels, weight guidelines, and usage instructions before introducing any new product to your pet. Zoomies Co is not liable for any injury, illness, or harm caused by misuse of our products or failure to supervise pets appropriately. If your pet has any health conditions please consult your veterinarian before purchasing new toys, food accessories, or grooming products.

All content on the Zoomies Co website including but not limited to text, images, logos, graphics, and product descriptions is the property of Zoomies Co and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our express written permission.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Zoomies Co will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of our website or products. Our total liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the amount paid by you for that order.

We are committed to protecting your personal information. We collect only what is necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience. These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes arising from your use of our website or purchase of our products will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales, Australia.
